I had 2 orders, both were for dining in. One order was made at the kiosk... that order was delivered to our table. The order made at the register was bagged and was missing the drink. My food was cold by the time I was able to get their attention to inquire about my missing drink. I was not told sorry for the mistake all I got was what were you missing. Then when I finally received my drink, it was sat on the counter, even though I was standing right there and nothing was said... nothing... no-"thank you", no-"sorry", no-"have a good day". I understand that Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages in America, and I respect that completely. But when I’m at a drive-thru with a simple question about the menu, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clear communication. At the speaker, we were told the Hot & Honey Chicken Sandwich was no longer available, even though it was still being advertised. Then at the first window, we were told they do have it and to ask at the second window. When we asked at the second window, the employee didn’t understand us. The issue isn’t language. This place has to be one of the worst, they couldn’t get the person in front of us order right on the intercom and had to change it at the window which they then sent everything back because it was all wrong, we were waiting in line for about 20 minutes before it moved, while we were at the window we noticed 2 employees on there phone. my boss got 2 hamburgers one burger was correct but the other one has no burger but 2 slices of cheese

It’s been over 4 separate times I have asked for EXTRA breakfast sauce on my bagel and each time I have been charged .19 and each time NO sauce at all has been on sandwich. Please stop overcharging us if you’re not going to give me what I’m asking for. And then to try and call and speak to a manager isn’t an option because they don’t answer their phones at this location.
