Hello I would like to speak to Gilbert the owner. I just had the worst experience with your staff and establishment. I called in to order JR burgers, she said we don’t have any. I said ok can I have 4 cheeseburgers and she said ok give me 15 min. I get there to pay and I thought I heard $35. I pay, didn’t get my receipt, I never do. I get home open my plates and it is 4 huge burgers. Of course I check my card and the charge is $103. This for a first time customer, is the worst that can happen. I had no idea that asking for 4 cheeseburgers would amount to this. I call back and the lady is rude

So disappointed with their service. A place known for many years for their good burgers but the constant rolling of eyes from the girl at the counter is uncomfortable and rude! While placing our order, she was rude and bothered asking for our order asking rudely “what else..?” “We don’t have coke just what’s on the menu..” rolling her eyes giving dirty looks. We came to eat and we order a coke and the lady gave us a Dr Pepper which I hate the flavor and we tried to exchange it for what we ordered and she said that’s all they have and we tried to get a sprite instead of de pepper and she tried to charge us for a whole drink. Make sure you ask what kind of drinks they have before ordering and she was rude 😡
