this is the worst McDonald's ever had me waiting 20 minutes just for a McMuffin. The employees are rude. When the first open it was a good McDonald's now it's the worst.no one is ever on the counter

Every time I come into this McDonald’s Tyra is consistently ensuring every customer’s order is made accurately. She is exceptional at service! Give her a raise and promotion because her amazing work ethnic is impressive and deserves to be rewarded.

This place is definitely hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss. My sister ordered a double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder meal. When she got to the window to pick up her food, the double cheeseburger was not in the bag. When she told the young lady at the window that the double cheeseburger was not in the bag, she reviewed my sister's receipt and told her that the double cheeseburger was not registered for the order. My sister asked for the burger and offered to pay for it. The young lady told her that she didn't have a register nearby (one was next to her) and that she had to drive

If I could give this McDonald’s no stars I would! I waited a long time for them to take my order. The person taking the order was rude. I pulled to the first window to pay. The person wasn’t there. I waited. So then I pull to the next window. Still no one. Then when he did come. Nails dirty. Still being rude. Put his hand out to take my card. Never said anything. I saw the nails and just decided. No thanks. But proceeded to tell me I should’ve kept waiting at the last window. The happy meal was for my baby but I just couldn’t. I hate terrible customer service.
