Went to get some food before work. Got there 30 minutes before I had to be at work with there only being a 13 minute drive. Tell me why I was there for FORTY-FIVE minutes and late for work. I started in a stall and after waiting 20 minutes at the stall after placing an online order, I tried calling just to make sure my order actually went through. Automatically went to voicemail. I didn't want to waste the 20$ I spent, soI went through the drive thru and explained the situation. Well apparently the person on the speaker didn't explain to everyone else cause about ten minutes later someone goes

I really don’t recommend this location. The workers are very lazy. I ordered a tropical cream slush, which is still available at other locations they chose not to make it for me out of laziness. I know they lied to me about it being out of stock because the other location still has it. They also took forever to take our order. It took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get their attention. 0/10

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Absolute trash service, trash stalls with no buttons or screens working. The one stall I found with no “out of order” paper taped to it said someone would be with me for 10 minutes and no one ever took my order. After getting out to use the screen in seating area I finally managed to talk to someone. It took 30 minutes to get my melted ice cream. I had to walk in to ask where my 4 ice creams were because I had been sitting there waiting for so long. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this location. Let it close because it is garbage. 👎

So today I wanted to try the New Buffalo bikes and give them a try. I also ordered chicken strip dinner 3 piece., It was five buffalo bikes perfectly cut very little filling in them, The 3 piece chicken tender dinner was burnt. Krispy BURNT, the tater tots were fine. The Onion ring was perfect. I ordered through the app and wanted to do a pick up. I pulled in to a stall and could not figure out the number of the stall. Cause they are not marked and so I had to press the red button in order to speak with someone to ask what stall it was. I wanted to leave my hostess a tip for delivering it to
