I ordered food for delivery and the experience was a disaster. The orders arrived over 10 minutes late, they didn’t send any utensils or napkins, although I requested them and even though I requested that each salad be labeled, none of them had names. The chicken noodle soup didn’t have a single piece of chicken, the Protein Power Salad also came with no chicken, and to top it off, the hard‑boiled egg looked either bitten or badly peeled, with a huge chunk missing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Just Salad today! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Isabelle was so kind, welcoming, funny, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. She had such a positive attitude and made me feel like more than just another customer. Haven't been to Aventura location in awhile. Had the Thai Crunch Salad and the Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl. Portions were very good. Very tasty in flavor and ingredients were fresh.

I waited over 30 minutes for an online pickup order. 15-20 minutes into my wait, they handed me my smoothie but not my food. SEVERAL customers walked in, both food delivery service drivers and walk-ins and got their food before me. When they finally handed me my food, the young lady told me my food was ready but it wasn’t in the pickup area. It was sitting on their counter where they prepared the food. On top of this, they had food all over the floors as well as utensils. One worker placed his hat on the pickup shelf to put on his hair net. He did not even bother to clean the area afterwards.
