Employees were super helpful. The woman at the counter gave us an overview of the menu and really hyped up what all the chef creates. We decided on an omelette and cinnamon roll. Both were really good! We also got a couple items to take home because everything looked good. Only thing I wish they had was a “basic” hot sauce like Cholula or Tabasco. The mustard hot sauce and wing hot sauce weren’t very good on the omelette. I know it’s irrelevant since it’s a pastry place but it definitely would’ve taken the omelette over the top. I wish we had more options available in Olathe for coffee cafes. Ordered a cortado and it was so bitter. My BEC croissant was super salty. Cinnamon roll was super dense and my kids latte was milk with coloring. Just “Meh” all around.

This is a nice hidden Cafe in downtown Olathe. It's reasonably priced and plenty of room inside and outside if you want to catch up on some work. Now I was there after 10:30 and it seemed pretty popular. Staff seemed all nice and professional. I got to watch one customer get upset because the person before him ordered the last Strawberry pastry, he started to take out his frustration on the staff and they proffesionally handled this guy well and you could tell he was just having a bad day. I got a bacon breakfast sandwich, and iced coffee. It's hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've had
