If I could leave zero stars, I would. My family and I visited this location to purchase dinner and waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes before placing our order. After receiving our food and confirming that all items were included, we checked everything and noticed that one of my child’s meals appeared to have been bitten from. We immediately returned to the location to address the issue. I am a doordasher in the area of Florissant and today was tasked with delivering an order from this particular McDonald's. I arrived well within the pick up time of the order (being 11:24 a.m.) and waited in line for about 5 minutes, and when the employee asked for my dash order I told her and afterwards I went to the restroom to wash my hands. whenever I returned back, the order still was not complete, which is fine, it was just that every single door dasher that came through the door would get their order before I got mine, even though I was the first one there. Asked for sweet tea in the drive through, was given unsweet and had to come inside to ask for sweet. Again, when I taste it out in the car, it is unsweetened. I understand being busy and mistakes happen, but to do it again, after calling it their attention? They are simply not paying attention at that point. Do better. Edit: their phone also does not even ring when you dial it. Highly unprofessional.

Jaden who was working today on 4/6 was very helpful and patient with changes we had to make to the order for some fussy kids. He was quick and kids were SO happy! The play place here is a banger. There’s a lower level for little ones under three and the upper area keeps the older ones actively entertained. Food was SO fresh and hot. I can tell they stay busy, but quality is there.
