My order was done online for the blacken shrimp and sausage with Penne pasta. When I arrived was calling to let them know was there. They came out before I could finish the call. The food was packed well so no leaking or spills. Still hot when got home. I loved the taste of the pasta and good portion where I took half to work for lunch. I had a bad experience with Applebee's and it's been over two decades since dining here. Only because a coworker had another pasta dish is why I decided to try. Will see me again

Our waitress brought water to the table that had an awful taste. We ordered drinks shortly after being seated, but our waitress then disappeared for over 30 minutes. We later learned she had been in the restroom the entire time. We waited with no communication, no updates, and no service. Another waitress eventually noticed we had been sitting unattended and kindly stepped in to help. She retrieved the drinks we had ordered more than 30 minutes prior and had to physically search for our assigned waitress for nearly 20 minutes before bringing her back to the floor. This is one of the most blantly racist restaurants I've ever seen.Had a party of 5 with one being a special needs child, and the other with a brace requiring assistance walking. The hostess made us walk down 2 steps and seated us at a semi round booth requiring a step up. No awareness at all. After a long wait our drink order was taken. After a longer than normal wait time, they were delivered and our food order taken. After an extremely long wait, one meal was delivered. Lots of time past and a second meal was delivered. Me and my husband wanted to give Applebees a try again but we only reminded ourselves on why we stopped going. Placed our order for Togo at 10:15 only to receive our food at 11:20. We she said only 20 minutes. No discount was given , not even a care was given from Management or the team. But they made sure that DoorDash was taken care of. Do BETTER !!!!
