Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. Look. It's wendys. I dont go there expecting a Michelin star-worthy dining experience, but even with severely tempered expectations, this location in particular sucks so bad, so eggregiously, and so consistently, I have to write this review. It's the only wendys within a 30 minute drive of my house so on occasion, I'll forget how terrible the staff is and I'll wander over for a spicy chicken. And every time *something* is disappointing. Ordered was placed 20 minutes before my arrival. After 25 minutes waiting, I asked about the order & was told in a unrespectful tone, "you gotta wait. We busy". The counter was covered it trash. Almost all the tables needed cleaning. After 40 minutes I got the one (1) sandwich that was ordered.

15 minutes for nothing 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don't know how it works, but every time this manager is on duty, it turns into a total nightmare. There are two people in line inside and three cars in the drive-thru, yet a 15-minute wait yields absolutely no results. It’s roughly the same situation every single time.
