This is easily some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The vegan rolls were amazing and the rolls with real fish looked so good I had to try them too! Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Loved every single thing we ordered! From cocktails to rolls- everything was delicious, but the unsung hero on the menu is the lemon miso Brussels sprouts. Perfectly cooked, flawless seasoning, and excellent to share or devour on your own. With an app, 4 rolls, and 2 cocktails split between my husband and I during the daily happy hour, it was only $70 before tip and neither of us can remember the last time we had a sushi experience THAT good and that affordable.

We came to Omaha to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We decided to eat for the first time at Blue. Our waitress Hailey was knowledgeable and confident about the items on the menu. She helped us choose a delicious meal! We will be back the next time we are in Omaha. We highly recommend Blue! The reason it was not 5 stars for atmosphere was due to the road construction.
