Went in here for all the hype. Had fries, Trash Can Nachos and chicken tenders. Fries tasted good. Nachos, I personally didn't like the presentation as they lack the crunch. Others dining with me liked it. So it's kind of a wash. Chicken Tenders are a huge let down. They are so breaded and we had to throw it away. Service was top notch. Server was always following up if we needed anything more, we have everything else etc. overall experience was good

For someone with celiac disease this was a great experience because my waitress Monica was very helpful and understanding of my dietary needs today. She took time to ensure that my options were truly gluten-free and suggested alternatives for many items I couldn’t have. I had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich with a gluten-free bun and a Caesar side salad (without croutons I could not put it down. It was amazing juicy tasty and a burger, albeit was chicken. Very disappointed. I like Guy but This place is not worth the hype at all. First the menu on this site is not the same at the restaurant. Menu on here is better but not available. Smoked shotgun shells- not available! Pan roasted salmon- not available. I would have left at this point but we stayed. Got the trashcan nachos. As soon as the can came off they fell and some went onto the table? They also were not that good ànd shouldn't have bbq sauce and should have sour cream and some crunchy veggies! This was my third time at one of Guy's restaurants and it was by far the impressive. I ordered the hot roast beef from a recommendation from the wait staff. I must say the flavor was bland the meat was dry and it just didn't have the wow factor I've come to expect from previous experiences. The fries were the best part of the meal.
