Braylynne is usually the one who takes my order, and she’s always on top of it. Even with my complicated orders, she gets everything perfect every time and does it with a genuinely great attitude. She always seems happy to help, and it really makes the experience better.

Beans and brews used to be so good.... every time. This location seemed to do better than others. However they can't seem to get thier frozen coffee machine ratio right either. When you pay $8 for a coffee.....it shouldn't be more than half ice. Beans and brews needs to do something about a more consistent drink. I order an espresso float and 1 out of 10 drinks tastes like the drink I got hooked on years ago. Makes me sad.....I can't even buy my favorite coffee. I can't pay extra. I just hope this drink is going to taste something like what I ordered. I guess this is why everyone likes st
