We had been here about 20 years ago and didn't know why we hadn't gone back, so we figured we'd give it a try again to have breakfast. I liked that they offered flavored creamer for your coffee in addition to regular cream. And their coffee was good. Everyone was nice. We were greeted when we walked in and were seated right away. Our food came out pretty quickly. The first impression of our dishes was kind of a "hot mess". The food was just thrown onto the plate - especially my husband's. My friend has been here before, but it's my first time. This place reminded me of Knotts Berry Farm with a country building design with different colored sections. There's parking behind and along the side of the restaurant. The entrance wasn't that obvious for us, but it's the one with the double wooden doors facing the street. I love Arthur's and I love the food. The people are great. But they have a new owner. And that could destroy everything. When you advertise a breakfast special and you show a picture and you show a price right next to that picture customers kind of get the idea that that price goes with that picture. But that's not the case. And that, as far as I'm concerned, is deceptive marketing.

My actual server was great, though overwhelmed! There was a younger male who was rude and just completely disrespectful to an older male server and those around him - I already wanted to leave when I witnessed how he treated everyone. But if he's the manager, I don't think he was but he was bossing everyone around, I can understand why this place is currently the way it is. I'm sure this place WAS great and I love seeing a long standing business provide respite from the world outside even if just for a meal. However, the meal was simply horrible - left it there, didn't even take the leftover
