Well layed out stores with simple menus (which is great if your the indecisive type that gets stuck when to many choices....me lol!) Good wholesome clean food. A great alternative to more common fast food chains. Yummy baked stuff too! Service was great too!

Ordered the chicken sandwich with extra chicken salad, all I got was chicken a mayo, none of the posted advertised items were mixed into the chicken, and it was a very small portion. This is not a place to go,the staff made excuses for not following the menu,and then made pasta without the breadcrumbs. Its not that hard to follow the store menu that is posted. Store manager isn't doing their job.

The food is okay and the café itself is nice, but I asked for a plain "Italian Panini" with just the meat and cheese, and they still gave me peppers and vinaigrette on it. Also, the coffee was cold and both my wife's and my sandwiches were cold when they came out.
