This is their idea of a chocolate shake. Was told thats how they are. Clearly an Oregon shake but didnt want the drama. Store looks great now but everything else has tanked. Latino customer comes in 3 minutes after I was standing there waiting. Straight to the front the line. Gotta love it.

Honestly, I never thought I’d be giving a Jack in the Box a 5-star review, but I went after work at 12:30 am on Saturday, and the gentleman was so sweet and upbeat. The food was hot and delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this place and felt it deserved 5 stars.

Extremely convenient location - just a very quick detour from the main road. I am one of the few people in the USA that prefers dining inside and here they have 24 hours dining over the weekend (the drive through is always 24 hours). The associates have been most kind to me and my kids. The food is what it is at any Jack in the Box location, nothing much to add. The restroom is very big and very convenient for a family with small children.

3 Guys were working and they were talking smack on me and on my friends and they were very rude and honestly should be fired immediately. The food was horrible the service was horrible. There was throw up in the restroom. The burger had a hair in it. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE. Such a poor experience and poor service and i hope the owner sees this and either fires them or trains them again because they desperately need it.
