Degan Kettles★★★★★Bajio is famous for its shrimp tacos. My wife got the pineapple shrimp tacos and said they were 5/5. What stood out today was how clean the restaurant crew is here.
SLP★★★★The food is good (I especially love the green chili chicken quesadilla), but pricey enough that I don't go very often. I like Cafe Rio better and it's a few dollars less--plus Bajio has you sign the receipt in the drive-in through when you pay with a card to try to force a tip. Cafe Rio just hands the card back to you. (Tip: the "sweet rice" isn't actually sweet, it just plain rice without the things in it that the Mexican Rice has.)

The optional addition of corn and grilled onions to any meal takes it up a sizeable notch over the competition, and all the flavors are distinct, unlike some other fresh mex places where everything tastes the same (looking at you, Cafe Rio). Absolutely worth going, often.
Connor Rawle★★★★★Comparing this place to Cafe Rio & Costa Vida is like comparing Sizzler to Ruth's Chris. This is far and away the best fast casual Mexican food in the state of Utah. Anything with the Chicken Green Chile will knock your socks off, I'll always do a salad or quesadilla with it and a side of the Bajio Ranch. I love the drive-thru which makes it very convenient. This place is such a go-to for me and my family.
