So I love panda! Their food is the greatest food ever! Normally I don’t get upset! However I asked for half orange and half teriyaki, along with half rice and half chow mein! They no only gave me all chow mein and forgot the rice! They also managed to give me orange chicken with Beijing beef! Again great food, but how do you mess up this badly! We’re in the United States and the majority of people here speaks English! Have someone who can understand English take my order at drive thru! Not someone who speaks Asian with barely any understanding of English! It’s ridiculous!

Went throught the drive through and had to wait longer for the rice to be done. When I got home to eat, I 3 pieces of chick that made up one of the entrees I order. Food tasted good but the experience was sub par. I wouldn recommend going to order so you can watch them make it.

This is a typical Panda Express. There is lots of parking. There is not very much inside seating. But there is an outside dining area that is on the east side of the building and provides a nice shady spot to eat food in the late afternoon. The food was good and the lady who helped us was very nice. It's easy to access off center Street and there's not much traffic so it's easy to get back on center Street and out to state.

So I just wanted to preface this by saying that usually when I come here, my service has been relatively quick. However, today I waited about 45 minutes for my food past the time it said it would be ready on the app. I really don't blame the employees for this, I know they get busy. I think that this is more default of poor design on the app's part. What I learned today is that the time estimate on the app is essentially meaningless and probably has nothing to do with the current state of the store. I've seen many other franchises that utilize apps able to manage this effectively, so I know i
