This cafe is very beautiful, clean and organized. However, the customer service didn’t match the aesthetics. When I entered I was greeted with a dry hello. I let the staff know it was my first time. They didn’t say welcome or try to show interest in maybe like suggesting something to me. When I did ask one of the staff about a particular drink she couldn’t explain it to me as if her English was limited so her coworker assisted. What fun! I felt like we stepped into a taste of Jordan in Orland Park. This area is well known for Middle Eastern, influences, and the food, coffee, especially hot chocolate were delicious. Some of it is a bit of an acquired taste, but I intend to acquire it more all the time. Lively and crowded on a Saturday night visit and rightly so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful to those of us inexperienced with this type of cuisine.

Wallah, I wanted to love this place, bas what’s with these portions? For these prices? Ya’ni… shway shway on the portions but khalas on the prices? What was even more disappointing is that the portion sizes weren’t true to what was advertised. When you’re charging premium prices, customers expect to receive what they’re shown and promised not something noticeably smaller. Amazing coffee, great atmosphere, and one of the best café experiences I’ve had. The coffee here is always fresh and delicious, and the selection of desserts and sweets is huge. Everything looks and tastes amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Mohammed (“Mo”), who always provides outstanding customer service.
