I took my wife to 63 Sovereign in Ormond Beach this evening to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We’ve dined here many times, and it has never once been anything less than outstanding. Even though they were offering a holiday menu (which I usually avoid), every dish we were served was phenomenal beautifully presented and full of incredible flavor. The service was truly exceptional. Sovereign was a culinary delight found in a charming house. The vibe is so inviting... kind of like hanging out on the patio or back deck at a friend's place who happens to be a brilliant chef. Tables are artfully scattered on the patio and the bar tucked on the side had just the right energy to coax you to have another drink. Def fav local. Best raw oysters in the county. Lots of unique specialty opportunities. This new salmon scallop roll is to die for. Great outside deck, inside bar, dining inside and out. Update. New Nigiri Flight and Tale of Two Crudos are amazing. So worthy. Update. New menu. The Hamachi Tiradito was amazing. Must repeat, but a bit of a bite. The new Saltwater Cowboy Roll substantially exceeded expectations. Kind of a redneck surf and turf sushi roll.

I love everything about this restaurant. I had a signature deink ‘Sip Happens’ and it was sSPOOOOOOO GOODD our waitress saud theyre switching to the summer memu soon but the flat bread was delivous and the fried rive was delicious and the Kate was amazing and i loved the vibe and the chicken bao buns were delicious and the leslie chao was very large portions, me and my partner shared everything it was so good
