The service is slow and the food is standard fast food quality. But we need to be more understanding of the staff. They are overworked and underpaid just like most industries these days. Have patience and be kind, because all people deserve it. Waiting an extra 5 minutes isn't going to kill you, but being nice to the workers who make your food saves all from a bad day. I appreciate yall for what you do.

Amazing people who run this i believe the gen manager name is day and his wife. (Also they run another store and we often stop there to) They have excellent customer service this place has been more consistent since they came in to play one hell of a power couple if you ask me. Food always hot and fresh when we stop. Very welcoming and ready to serve thier guests.

This Burger King on Main Street in Oshkosh continues to live up to its bad reputation. I went through the drive-through to grab a quick lunch on my way to pick up my daughter from school. Part of my order needed to be made fresh, so I was asked to pull around front and wait for someone to bring it out. I waited 20 minutes with no update and no food. Because I was on a strict time limit, I finally had to go inside to ask what was going on. Instead of help, I was immediately met with attitude from who I assume was the manager. That’s when I was told my food had been given to the wrong car. Rat

I came in and was served by Diamond and she was very sweet towards me and she recommended me the jalapeño poppers and I mentioned how I'm not a spicy person and she agreed with me and stated that it wasn't like biting into a jalapeño but more like biting into a cheesy popper with just a little kick. I will definitely be coming back here just because of how sweet and customer focused she is.
