My family ordered fries and teas. The food came out fairly quickly and was how we expected it. We did have a couple issues with this location. First it was hard to find a place to sit, as most of the tables were dirty. Then we found out as we were leaving that refills are no longer offered. This was not the case the last time we were there, at the beginning of April, and there were no signs stating this fact. It feels like the management of this location is no longer welcoming to people wanting to sit and eat with their families, which I thought was a cornerstone of McDonald's.

This location is clean. It was pretty empty inside. It was more than likely because it was around 9pm. I ordered on the kiosk and went to the bathroom. When I came out, I still had to wait a few minutes for my food. Which wouldn't be a problem. The issue is my food was lukewarm instead of hot. Which means it was cooked and sitting. I thought they used warmers to keep the food hot or even warm. I ordered 2 apple pies, which were really good. The half and half wasn't great. The fries were borderline cold.

Just The Facts★

Ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese combo and a filet o fish. Both sandwiches were turned sideways in the bag and the tartar sauce was smeared all inside the box and the bread had slid off. The quarter pounder wasn't cooked properly and it had patches of red where it was rare. How can someone not do something so simple? Follow up: Its interesting to note that management never made any attempt to address the issue. This is an issue that certainly needs to be addressed. I guess a lawsuit for a bacterial infection (ecoli etc) will get their and the owner's attention.

This morning May 4 at 3:14 am at the location on Rossville and Belair Rd, I was in the drive thru and ordered a large Hi C . When I got to the window to receive my order, the female who was working the window had me sitting there for a long time, and I could see my drink was prepared. So I yelled out excuse me I have to be somewhere, can I have my drink. She just stood there and looked at me and didn't say anything, she had this look like she didn't give a dam. I asked her what's the problem? And again she would not say anything to me. When I left I was very unhappy with the customer service
