This is the 3rd I’ve eaten at this restaurant and it has been a perfect “10” each time. The staff is friendly, the menu gives good variety and options, and this place is always clean. The Classic Carol is my favorite and is a must try for anyone if you’re hungry for lunch or dinner. Also the theme and decor is very delightful.

First things first, the Chicken Salad Chick was very clean and orderly inside and out. I mean not even a fingerprint on the napkin dispenser, salt and pepper shakers or the door handle. I realize I may seem a little over the top about cleanliness but that's just me. The associate who took our order was very helpful and another checked on us while we were eating to make sure we were doing good. I'll also mention that all the employees attire was clean and neat. Not like some places where grease, flour, stains and wrinkles are the uniform of the day. The food was delicious and I could tell that

Hope got our order perfect. Keri told us about the updated menu, knowing I love my Sassy Scotty. Jack was giggling about our conversation, especially when Hope offered to double up the lettuce and tomato for a salad. That is the biggest update I noticed on the menu.
