You know, I took a day to think about the meal that I had before I rated it because while the environment wasn’t bad and the food was OK, I had to really think about what made it pop and stand out as a place I would like to return to. And to be honest with you, I wouldn’t I found the food to be mediocre at best. The chicken was lightly seasoned, but OK. The yellow rice was very bland and definitely required mixing the beans and the side of hot sauce in order for it to really come together well. I don’t think any of the items I had could stand alone as a single item I would try again. We ordere

Chicken was delicious, but I order 6 tostones and 2 out 6 were good, meaning the rest 4 were refried. Tostones refried is hard and no tasty full of oil. So if you fix that I’ll give 5 star .

This has got to be without a doubt, one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Whoever owns this location has totally let this place go and it is not even worth visiting anymore. The service here is absolutely abysmal. Rude and incompetent employees. Trying to be a customer here has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. for whatever reason my order is NEVER correct or on time when i order here. The last time I tried ordering here I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby ( not a single employee addressed me or asked if i was being helped while i sat at the counter) j

Went through drive-thru. Why on earth would any restaurant serve old rice?? It’s one of the cheapest foods there is. No wonder these Pollo Tropical restaurants have all closed!
