We came for a quick dinner this evening. Food was great, the staff was very nice and helpful and the service was quick. We most definitely will go back when we’re in the area.

Only 2 employees working. Only making drive thru orders and ignoring everyone waiting for orders inside. I waited 42 minutes for my order. Employee number 3 walks in and instead of helping make orders, she goes to the back to yell about dishes and then started yelling about sweeping floors. In front of 10+ people inside waiting forever for orders.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I honestly feel bad for the employees, the manager is constantly yelling, which creates a really uncomfortable environment. I think we deserve better service. Every time I come here, my order is wrong. The customer service is consistently poor, and no one even apologizes for the mistakes. Or smile. When I politely complained after my order was made wrong twice, the manager responded in a very rude tone and said, “Why did you come here if we always get your order wrong?” That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Why would you serve someone this? The flat bread was completely stuck to the wrapper. I guess because it was a drive thru order there not concerned. Sad
