Food: I did not have the chance to try everything on the menu, and so I’m basing my thoughts on what I had. The calamari was great, definitely above average especially for Tulsa. The breading was nice, flavorful and crisp with a nice crunch, the squid itself was tender and light. Very good, tad bit on the expensive side at about $10 if I remember correctly. I got one of the roll sets (I forgot which specific set it was). The rolls were good if you’re into rolls. Me personally, I’m more of a sashimi and nigiri kinda guy. Oh my goodness this was beyond what I was expecting! Our waiter was awesome. I got one of the udon dishes with steak and tempura cheesecake which were absolutely delicious!! And the Shirley Temple was perfect!

The Living Water roll was almost a religious experience. Literally threw my hands in the air and possibly fist-bumped God. 🥹 I've had sushi all over the US for over a decade and this roll did me in. My sister had the same reaction and she is even more picky when it comes to sushi. I never knew I needed jalapeño on my sushi roll. TRY IT!!! We dis ask for the crab salad on the side, which is good because the crab salad is hit and miss on the fishiness. The Philadelphia roll was also good. The lobster rolls was incredible and well prices but next time I have to remember to hold the cucumbers and always ask for extra sauce. It's so much better when it's messy!
