So decided to try the wildly overpriced Arch Deluxe 🤨 and so App won't work go through drive thru, midnight no one there, so should be quick 🤔 10 min later I get the burger, very easy to see the employees were bent out of shape that someone was there bothering them🤨 get home and one bite told me it was undercooked😡 freaking still ice cold in the middle 🤢 now I like my steaks rare🧐 but certainly not a McDonald's hamburger 🤮 pics don't do it justice 🧐 this got browned and thrown on a bun. Wow. So I got this back from the store🤣 not even going to refund the raw overpriced 10 dollar burge

New management has completely turned this place around. The food is actually good now, I'm never missing anything from orders, and the staff is generally attentive unless they're super busy. And to people complaining about wait times, its McDonalds. Come on. Most people are only coming during peak hours and of course there's going to be a wait. If you want fresh, hot food, they have to cook it. Keep up the good work. This is the best one in town.

Place an order online 20+min wait time. Order in drive thru 2-5mins. I watch doordash orders hit the screen food is done in <5mins. Lobby customers, nope. Man… I cannot make it up. Next time I go in I’m recording this. 10+ people have been served and the drive thru emptied out 2x’s. When I got here, 6 cars were in the drive thru and they have served WELL over 15 cars… This isn’t the only location like this; 116th’s location is bad all the way around. You have to go to the drive thru REGARDLESS if you want speedy service. It’s fast food… Not serve everyone but these select few.

Kiosk sucks. Had an order on there, didn’t touch the screen for 5 seconds and it cleared the order, I had a deal on it too and without paying for my food it took the deal. So we had to order at the counter and she had no idea what she was doing. Overall experience, I don’t think I ever want to come back.
