The staff are amazing and the service is so fast! We were leaving as they were about to close and the employee offered us free refills. Everything was cooked perfectly and it is always good consistent quality. I tried a milkshake for the first time and it is probably the best milkshake I have ever had. I always love the chickfila chicken sandwich.

If I could give 0 I would! I purchased breakfast on Friday morning. The food was good but then I got to my drink and then was little finger nail in. It was as if someone literally bit their nails and spit it into my sunjoy. I called the store manager and he offered me a free drink.... A FREE DRINK!!! As if the last drink didn't have a finger nail in it. He was very nonchalant and not really apologetic. I requested a refund and he said I would have to wait 3-4 for a store operator "Paul" to be exact. So I called corporate. They pretty much told me the same thing. I looked at my account and the

The food at chic fil a has taken a turn for the worse. It is too salty and greasy. the location which I frequent is located across the street from a high school. Eating in the restaurant is not a good idea. It is noisy and the kids are disrespectful. the drive-in is slow and the window personnel are unprofessional and occasionally offensive. W sandwich fries and soda for two is more than 30 dollars. Too much to pay something inedible.

Customer service isn’t so serviceable here! Food is good but customer service is NASTY! I ordered a meal through the app under a saved address that I have use countless times and there system registered a different address on this delivery and my food was delivered to the wrong address! I called and asked to speak to a manger to get this resolved, a young lady placed me on “hold” and hung up in my ear as if she was getting a manager.
