Their warm and welcoming greetings was prompt. The food was delivered hot and all imgrediates fresh and flavorful. I had the grand breakfast with rosemary potatoes, and the fluffiest pancakes in town!!! The coffee is delicious and the perfect balance of flavor and strength. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so im taking the leftovers home to enjoy later. ❤️

Food was good! The only downside is that almost everything we ordered came out cold and that was a huge downside. Secondly their soda machine did not have enough carbonation and could coffee was cold too. Probably best to visit on a weekday when it’s not too busy? Service was great awesome waitstaff but yeah downside was definitely food temps and we never got offered any refills and once our food came out the waitstaff didn’t really check on us until it was time to get the bill.

The Downtown Cafe was a great experience the server I had was excellent. The food came out hot and prepared to be eaten. Every table has all the condiments that you will need for your meal which I find very convenient. Only reason I gave the food 4 stars is simply because I wish restaurants would go away from these chicken tenders and actually give whole wings with the waffle. Completely different taste as well as texture would take that meal in a new direction.
