V at reception and the nail techs are AMAZING!! Everyone is super friendly and the team is on point! I came in because two of my nails chipped from another salon. They were busy but were happy to squeeze me in as a walk in. Def make an appointment so they can see you promptly but I got lucky and didn’t have to wait at all!! They know what they’re doing here and will def be back! It’s my new go to salon for mani/pedi’s plus they do lash extensions, massages and facials! Plus a cafe and bar area so you can really treat yourself! What a pamper delight! Can’t wait to come back!

I usually only leave reviews when I’ve had a positive experience, but unfortunately this visit fell short of my expectations. The nail shaping wasn’t done as requested i wanted square, and cuticle oil was applied up my leg without being wiped off, which resulted in my pants and shoes getting covered in oil when I left. Once I got home, I also noticed that three of my toes had been cut and the polish wasn’t applied evenly or fully on any of the nails. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed in the future.

Disrespectful staff, trash customer service. I got my nails done on Wednesday and the structure was so poor that my thumbnail broke by Sunday. I came in on Sunday for them to fix it. Lucas, who did my nails, insisted that I got hard gel and I told him multiple times that I had acrylic done. He kept insisting it was hard gel as if I didn’t know the difference between hard gel vs acrylic. He then proceeded to rip the old nail off with a fake nail, causing it to bleed and then filed on top of that. I told him that the acrylic color was natural pink because that is the jar it was in so I told them

I wanted to love this salon because it’s clean and convenient, but unfortunately my gel manicure started peeling after only 1 or 2 days. There was also leftover polish from my last set still visible underneath one nail, because my nail tech was rushing. For the price point, I expected better and more attention to detail.
