Today i stopped by kfc to just get a chicken little. Well i go in and i just absolutely how everyone was working and how smiles were just so friendly. I have been coming here for the almost 3 years and this is the best well managed i have ever seen it. Who ever the new GM is she is great and always smiling. The entire store has changed for the better.

Terrible experience and completely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a burger, a Starry, and two KFC sauces. Out of my entire order, only the burger was correct. They replaced my Starry with a completely different drink and swapped out my sauces- both without giving me any warning or asking if that was okay. To top it off, they didn't even bother to give me a straw for the drink. The worst part of the visit was the manager, Vickie Scotfield. She was extremely rude while serving me, and when I went back to address the mistakes with my order, she spoke to me with a terrible attitude and w

I go inside now mostly to practice the teachings of Eckhart Tolle from his books The Power of Now and A New Earth. Often times as I wait to place my order nobody takes it. I wait there accepting the situation realizing that in the present moment the situation does not exist because the present moment has passed. Then, I realize the opportunity to not react but rather appreciate the situation because it is helping to regulate my ego while allowing me to touch the state of consciousness of wholeness rather than fragmentation which is the vertical of the cross versus the horizontal. I have been coming to this kfc for awhile and recently after the new management it’s definitely shown signs of improvement! The crew is way happier to be there and now my orders are correct each time! They’re always willing to help, the young man with the dreads is super friendly! And the young lady at the window in the days with the blonde hair always makes it a joyful experience! The night time still is a little rough around the edges but it’s definitely improved! I’m glad they got a new store manager I could not stand the last lady!!! I definitely will be coming back more often now!
