Don’t come here if you want a HOT meal. We are locals and have frequented this Texas Roadhouse several times, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it is consistently the same. Every meal we’ve had there lately arrives cold or luke warm. The butter on the sweet potato sat there for 30 minutes and still didn’t melt. If we say something about it, the staff doesn’t know how to respond and there’s no attempt to rectify the situation. We gave it one more shot hoping it was just a couple of off nights before but it’s definitely a consistent issue at this point. The steak in the picture

I never really leave reviews especially at Restaurants but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We came in with a group of 4 at 8:30PM on 6/3 with no wait time. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to greet us then we also ordered our apps and food at the same time of ordering drinks. Then we waited over 15 minutes for just our regular drinks which some were still missing such as water and we never got refills unless a manager came by and we asked. We had a wonderful dinner at the Palm Coast Roadhouse tonight! Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was seamless. Our server, Tracy, was absolutely excellent—she handled our table of three with professional ease and a great attitude despite how busy it was. The food was top-notch and arrived perfectly. A huge shout-out to the management team for putting together such a high-caliber staff. We will definitely be back!

My server DJ was the best very!!! So thorough and we were never rushed. He kept on checking on us always anticipating whatever we might want. Did refills on our drinks. Just had a kind way about him. Very concerned about the Customer getting the best accommodations. The atmosphere was wonderful. I’ve been going there for many years and it’s been very nice but DJ Made the whole experience the best ever please I hope someone takes notice and let him know!!!
