Great place, the person at the counter was very sweet and gave good recommendations. I got a pistachio latte, it was super delicious and not overly sweet. I didn’t try their matcha but I saw others ordering it and it looked promising.

While my experience of Ernest Coffee is limited to a single visit and drink, based off that alone I can give it a 5-star rating. The interior design is very cool, mixing together the vibes of a library and an old-school wooden building. The staff are down-to-earth and eager to help. I ordered a cortado with oat milk and it was delicious. Only took about 3-4 minutes to receive it as well. The shop had about 5-6 other customers inside, who were mostly working on laptops. It was a pleasant temperature, atmosphere, and the coffee was top-tier.

Ernst is my favorite coffee shop in the desert! I love the chai white mocha with cold foam. The area is so spacious with lots of seating, perfect for chatting with friends or studying for school! Highly recommend this place

Soy Sugar-Free Vanilla Latte: 5/5 I’m not sure if I was just in a good mood or Palm Springs just wasn’t that hot this day, but the latte hit so good. I have very strong memories of drinking watery soy lattes and this one was creamy and not diluted at all. If we are all very honest, everyone sort of uses the same syrups and milks but I just really enjoyed it all and want to give a small coffee shop its flowers.
