WOW. Jake’s in Palm Springs absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we sat down, everything just clicked. We had the pleasure of sitting at the bar next to the owners, Ron and Scott, who were genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they’ve created. It was such a nice, personal touch, but honestly, the food and drinks more than stood on their own. Each dish was beautifully prepared and thoughtfully balanced. The steak tartar was amazing. This is a great place. We loved our food, the service, and the great option for a patio at the front (sunny) or at the back (shady). Nice ambience! Sadly too full from the meal to try what looked to be spectacular desserts. Next time! Bravo to the serving team and cooks, it was great.

Jake's has a Miami Vibe with a well coordinated and polite staff. Food an and drink were well executed. Parts of thr restaurant are open and airy, but all feels very pleasant and cozy. Would definitely go back.

We met friends here for lunch. It has been renovated and expanded since we last ate here a couple years ago and the ambience has improved considerably. Yet the dining area is still narrow, evoking a closed-in feel. Our waiter was friendly but not too timely. Our selections (soup and sandwiches) were fine. Dessert however (classic chocolate cake) was rather disappointing because of being just too dense and a little dry for my taste.
