This is what I got this morning at The Dunkin @ 3051 NE Pine Island Rd. I ordered two donuts, one maple with icing and one jelly. Upon arriving home, I observed that the employee had placed the maple iced donut face down, with the jelly donut on top. This is quite unsatisfactory. Some of the icing adhered to the bottom of the bag, which prevented me from fully enjoying the donut l. As I had already left the store, I was unable to return and exchange it. I know when I go to Krispy Kreme, they place the donuts in a box which prevents any icing getting stuck to the bag if they place it face

Horrible service,came here on Saturday 5/23/26 for a little breakfast with my wife and son. They gave us an incomplete order, and the sandwiches had the wrong cheese on them. They asked us to pull forward and wait so they can remake our sandwiches. 10-15 mins later I had to go inside to aquire about our food and they had completely forgot about us and were never going to bring it out, glad I went in to check. I finally got our sandwiches but now they didn't have any cheese on them at all. Now we had to wait even longer for them to slap some cold unmelted cheese on them. Everything was on the r

Usually dunkin is really good, but thus m I ring, my daughter and I get two cups of coffee, and two bacon, egg and cheese croissants. The croissants, eggs, really smelled and tasted burnt. We were starved. So it was good, but still had a burned flavor. We had just finished a 5-hr amazon flex delivery since 330 am.

We are regulars at Dunkin but do not usually visit this one since we are in this area temporarily. We have bought coffee from this establishment about 12 times over the past two weeks. The staff (except for one young man) are absolutely rude and clearly don't care to offer good service. About 11/12 times they were missing at least 1 food item which showed as available in their mobile app. One of their staff "warned" us that their cold station closes 1 hour before the store closes and the customer cannot order cold drinks after that time (hilarious that the customer should keep that in mind ins
