Very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I placed an order through the McDonald's app and, when I arrived at the restaurant, my order was given to me incomplete. I went back to the counter to request the missing items and showed both my receipt and the order details displayed in the app. The supervisor took one of my three meal boxes to the back, disappeared for about 5 minutes, and then returned with a receipt claiming that the order I received matched what I had purchased. On a Wednesday 9:45pm clearly states that it’s supposed to be open. Doors are locked and no one is looking towards the door. The drive through is open but it seems like this location is always something going on with the staff.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. It is the worst in the world; I’ve tried going there four times, and every single time I’ve encountered serious problems. Just today, I placed an order through the app using my reward points and waited at the curbside for over half an hour—and still, no sign of my order. When I went inside to complain, they told me the app wasn't working and claimed they would refund my money. They never issued the refund, yet the app now shows that my order was delivered. I went through the drive-thru today and was helped by a young lady named Rain. I could tell she was in training, but she did a great job. Her voice was so kind and patient, and she made the interaction really pleasant. Customer service like that makes a difference. Kudos to her and the team for doing a great job training their staff.
