Today me and my BFF Jeri thought we’d try somewhere new she had seen one day while running errands she told me. Well I am so happy that she seen Paramount Stinkin Crawfish 🦞 Cajun restaurant because from the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and hospitality from the staff. Zack was our waiter he was polite, friendly and helpful from the moment he greeted us. Zack was very knowledgeable and gave great advice and service. It's always something with this place. Food gets overcooked. They seem to run out of the one item you wanted. Even when it's slow and just about empty the service is still near to a crawl. Difficult to call down a server for some assistance. Not all the servers are bad but the vast majority of them always seem to have an attitude. I keep coming back to this place because it's close to me. But not anymore. I'm gonna spend a little extra gas going somewhere that knows what they're doing.

I should have read the reviews first. I was completely disappointed. I asked what I should order my first time here and was told Tacos; should have listened. Gumbo tasted like chili Verde with Farmer John sausage. BTW don't order oysters unless you want them without horseradish. The popers were good. Don't come here expecting New Orleans. Just get the tacos! Oh the music in Spanish was very loud, where is the Cajun feel I was expecting?
