First, I generally enjoy going to Chipotle. This is review of the Park Ridge location and their staff specifically. The TL:DR is that i cannot believe this store has management of such poor quality. The district/regional management should consider re-staffing, or at the very least re-training, the leadership of this store. This place seems to be always understaffed, cause I have never seen full drink station or clean customers side, whenever I come in at opening hour or in the middle of the day. There’s always wait! Employees are really nice and food is okay! It’s just so dirty :(

Terrible!! Went there and was given full rice and a quarter of meat. It was ridiculous! Why are you not matching the meat to the rice ratio? It was terrible and inconsistent. I pointed out that my first bowl had more meat than my second one and was told I had to pay extra. Never again will I be going to this or any Chipotle. For a bill that almost hit $40 I expect better.
