I have been going to this store almost everyday since it opened, however, since the women workers have been replaced by men, the service has been drastically degraded. One time, I ordered a toasted croissant and they let me wait by Window 3 for 15 minutes. It is only when I honked the horn that they noticed I have been waiting for some time. After having a horrendous experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts over a year ago—to the point that I seriously considered boycotting this location forever—I decided to give them one more chance this morning. I took my kids there for breakfast before school, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, they hadn’t. I order on the app at 10:30 for a small coffee 1 sugar and 1 cream simple as that. When I was in the drive thru I told the person on the intercom that I had a pick-up order and my name. Salma said come to the second window, confirming my order. The person who was working at the second window said that I don't have any order place, so I was like maybe the app has a glitch, can I just place my order. ( mind you I order same thing for years) the person working at the window had the most zero customer service ability. Told me, I have to circle back in line on the drive thru to be given service. I

The employees here talk to you very rude. I placed an order thru the app and it went thru. They told me they don’t have my order. Asked if I ordered in the correct Dunkin. I showed them the order from the order history, she asked if I actually placed the order. I then proceeded to check my bank account and they indeed took money out for the order. She then told me that she did get the order. But the tone of voice she used with me was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming to this location ever again.
