Visited this Taco Bell around 11:00 PM yesterday, and the experience was very disappointing. A customer who arrived before me was waiting for a pickup order of just five Crunchy Tacos. He patiently waited for over 30 minutes without receiving any updates from the staff. When he finally asked how much longer it would take, he was told it would be another 20 minutes. By this rude female lady! 😒 Understandably frustrated, he questioned why no one had informed him earlier about such a long wait, especially since other customers who ordered after him were receiving their food. Avocado ranch stacker no lettuce and get a cut quesadilla with lettuce. Just held pmt processor out window while talking to employee. No greeting..nothing. Moved to fast didn't run through then just repeated holding hanging out window for me to reach. Sometimes you can teach procedures but you can't teach good character or being a respectable human.

Love this place. My order is always how I want it. They are close to Ohare so of course its busy...but I've always seen a smiling face. It gets crazy during conventions but that is to be expected!

Employees in between 4-5pm were very unpleasant. I've dine it yet felt very unwelcomed of my time inside. Please advise employees customer experience is key for fine establishments like this. Do not repeat the same mistake as many others have failed to serve.
