The manager’s behavior toward employees was one of the most unprofessional displays I’ve ever witnessed in a workplace. The constant disrespect, harsh tone, and apparent lack of basic decency toward staff created an uncomfortable environment for everyone present. As a customer, I found it disturbing to watch. Employees deserve respect, not humiliation. Management should take immediate action to address this behavior.

I ordered a medium iced caramel latte, but what I received was completely different from what I expected. The drink was mostly cream with little to no coffee flavor, making it feel like I was just drinking cream. When I mentioned this to the staff, they didn’t remake the drink—instead, they only added some caramel syrup and handed it back to me. Unfortunately, this was disappointing and felt like a waste of $6. I don’t plan on ordering in person again, as the order was not taken carefully and the service did not address the issue properly.

This establishment is absolutely horrible. Today customers were supposed to get a free donut and a small tote. My son and I placed two different orders and since I had forgotten about the promotion I didn't ask for the free donut or tote. While I'm waiting for my drink I see the Bengali customers getting their free donut and tote. Then I remembered the promotion and asked for the tote mostly and they refused to give it to me. The cashier told the workers not to give it to me and thay If I wanted it I needed to make the line to get it. The cashier didn't forget about the promotion with her own

The interior of this eatery was updated in spring 2023. The patron counter was removed which is great because it wasn't stable. The new setup is primarily grab and go. We've never had an issue with placing a mobile order and finding it ready for pickup upon arrival. The staff works hard to move the queue. They now offer coffee on tap. They do offer complementary wifi. If you have dietary restrictions please note that pork products are served here. Patrons should also be cognizant of the fact that they can pick up after themselves. Care about your surroundings and pick something up if you dro
