Dutch Bro is always consistent in terms of the quality and taste of their coffee! I am very happy that they have protein coffee which is less guilt. My family enjoys other drinks like cotton candy shake too (not so guilt free lol). I like how in this branch the staff comes to us to get order as well. I have been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for over 6 years now. And I just have to leave a review about our experience today. Me, my husband, and my daughter visited through the drive through. We were greeted by an energetic young lady that was so friendly and even my husband and I said something about her energy after we finished ordering. Fast forward and we get home and our daughter drops her boba lemonade. She's going through a lot in her social life with making friends and having a really tough time. Today was the last time i’ve ever going to this location. Slow doesn’t even begin to describe the service here - i order ahead at home then drive here and most of the time it’s still not ready. The average amount of time for a pickup (mind you i get a black brew so it’s literally just pouring a can in a cup) is 25 minutes. The app also defaults to a 15% tip - in what world would i pay that for black iced coffee that i’m picking up. This location was better until this year, must be under new management or something but i won’t be back.

I used to really like this location. Sadly the service and quality of drinks from this location have fallen far from where they used to be. Asked for a small with light soft top they forgot the soft top. Before I had even gotten the drink I pull up to the windows no hello just the employees laugh to each other a brief recognition that I was there. Back to laugh with the coworkers got my second drink no have a good day. It wasn't even super busy when I went. Disappointing at best.
