Yesterday I ordered my food and everything from the flavor to the service was five stars! Today, the manager was in and my experience was completely different. He was rushing and confusing his staff and me. Trying to do too many things. Plus he kept speaking Spanish to train and was making it seem as if the staff were doing things wrong. Mind you these are same people that did my exact order perfectly yesterday. As the staff member who prepared my burrito 🌯 was about to roll it the same way she did yesterday, he told her not to do it and explained to her in Spanish that she has to be careful

As soon as my husband and I came into the store, they everyone was very busy. Daisy greeted us as we approached the line. Said that they were prepping some online orders and it will be just a minute. Was great that she had the forethought and curiosity to let us know instead of ignoring other customers because they were slammed. We will definitely be going back.

Highly disappointed!! Spoke with a barely English speaking manager. Hung up on me then refused to answer when I called back. Paid for a burrito bowl with hardly anything in it. Paid for extra steak. Hardly any steak or rice. The manager argued with me then hung up on me. I wont be eating here anymore. I expect a restaraunt to make it right when food isnt satisfactory. Rude and very inadequate management gives no hope for good food or service.

Waited 20 minutes at Qdoba while the employee kept cooking chicken and ignored customer waiting to order. When I finally asked if someone could take my order, I was told, “I need to finish this chicken first, I’m the only one here.” I understand being understaffed, but completely ignoring customers and making them wait that long without communication is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
