I’m honestly not someone who likes leaving negative reviews, but this has become an ongoing issue at this location. I regularly order a Dirty Dr Pepper, and every other SONIC I visit makes it correctly with coconut syrup, sweet cream, and lime wedges. This location repeatedly makes it with lime syrup instead, which completely changes the flavor. I originally ordered it using the “Make It Dirty” option, and after multiple incorrect drinks, I even started manually selecting each ingredient individually to make the order as clear as possible. Unfortunately, it still continues to be made wrong.

Literally couldn’t even ask if they had something cause she couldn’t understand until i showed her a literal PHOTO of the item. Then they didnt have it. I decided hey its been a long day i’ll just enjoy the hot dog i got was feeling nostalgic and i get THISSSS. disgusting. (Also would like to add this was my only meal for the day. So thanks sonic for wasting my money! :D don’t expect me to come back so dont give me a gift card. Rather would cut my losses

I ordered the $7 Big Deal Meal through the app to go. Every part of my order was wrong. Wrong dipping sauces, I asked for mustard instead of mayo, that was not done, and I even paid more to receive the wrong flavored shake. My app reflects what I ordered, as does the receipt on the bag. However the entire meal is wrong.

Good food, but overpriced for what you actually get. They give you warm food, not hot. Seems like that happens the closer you get to closing time. The staff feels that you're being a bother to them... Not all, but most do. But what can you expect from high school kids. If I have other options, I'll be going to those options.
