Had a great experience at The Perfect Time Cafe in Parker. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it really hit the spot—big portions, super filling, and cooked just right. The gravy was a highlight, very rich and creamy with great flavor that tied everything together without being too much. My friend got the crepes, and they looked just as good when they came out. They were light and thin, with a nice texture, and the filling looked well balanced and not overly sweet. Even though I didn’t try them, they definitely looked like something I’d order next time. So we check out various places for Sunday Brunch. We stopped in here while in Parker. Pretty busy, so we got tables at the bar. Menu was not super large but had more than enough choices. She got the "Perfect Omelete" with her carb choice being a pancake, I got the "Breakfast Sandwich". Both tasted amazing, great portion around $14-$15. Pleasantly surprised with the value. The breakfast potatoes by the way, we agreed we in the top three we've had. So if in Parker, stop in. You'll be more than satisfied.

Such a nice little cafe, cozy and comfortable with the pretty table cloth. My hamburger was delicious and I love the side of green chili 🤤 but green chilies is usually good everywhere in Colorado... Lol 😆

I think I just ate the best burger I've ever had in Parker. I ordered The Perfect Burger (without the mushrooms) with a side of coleslaw. The patty was seasoned and cooked perfectly and it was absolutely delicious. The coleslaw wasn't drowning in it's mildly sweet dressing but the taste was great. My hubby enjoyed the Colorado Omelette with a big helping of hashbrowns and toast. He loved it all. He has previously loved the steak and eggs and was surprised at how great the steak tasted.
