My husband and I have been on a Dominos-once-a-week kick lately. (There are worse habits, okay?) And this dominos has been absolutely killing it. The pizza is always delivered fast and is absolutely gorgeous and delicious.

1st we waited damn near and hour, for me to walk outside, and the delivery guy is driving away yelling they gave me the wrong order ill be back. The pizzas were COLD, the pizza we got has damn near no sauce and barely meat for the All meat pizza. The second pizza I was heated. A Philly cheese steak pizza with hardly cheese and no steak. I was on fire. I walked away from Pizza Hut hoping Dominio would be fire. I wanted to cry So they set up for free 2 medium pizzas. My kids literally told me they were not having it and now we're just goina stick with MODS pizza. The disappointment on all 3 of

I randomly order from this location and was sadly left disappointed. I specified extra sauce as I ordered because in the past they served dry pizzas (bare to no sauce). Sadly, same thing happened again. Store was unwilling to give me sauce to take home when I showed them at the register, but admitted it looked dry. I showed the receipt and no accommodation was made. I’ve never had this issue at other locations.

First time coming to this location, the app had said it would be done by 6:03 we waited in the lobby for over 20 extra minutes. On top of that, as someone who has worked in customer service and specifically in management for over 5 years, I understand the stress during rush hour, but the customer service was beyond me. The manager was actively yelling and cursing at his crew for almost the entire 20 minutes we were waiting, he was super short and snappy with all the customers as soon as the entered the building. I want to shout out the crew for pushing through that and specifically a shoutout
