It was my first time trying a chimi sandwich and I was impressed it is basically a Dominican burger with coleslaw. The chimi is well seasoned and toasted to perfection. The chicharron Mofongo was really bad however. It was dry and greasy. I really liked the chimi but the Mofongo is not good at all.

Have come here for years and it has steadily declined. Recently ordered a chicken chimi which a piece was undercooked, beef empanada and a beef yaroa. Empanada tasted like it was sitting for a while and the yaroa was greasy. Their customer service also is not that great, when I asked for a Pepsi they gave me a coke, when I told them that I asked for a Pepsi the lady said "it's the same thing". I called and advised them how greasy the yaroa was and the lady flat out said "I can't talk I'm busy" If I can honestly give negative stars I would

The food here is consistently delicious, and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. However, there’s a noticeable difference between ordering in person and ordering for pickup. I come here 3-5 times a week, and unfortunately, my pickup orders are almost always incorrect. It’s frustrating because they’re so kind and attentive in person but seem to miss the mark whenever I order ahead online. To avoid issues, I recommend calling to confirm your order to ensure it matches what you requested online. Aside from the consistent pickup issues, the taste, quality, and service are outstanding.
