The waitress is very nice. She greeted me as I came in. And in their defense, I did order lunch. They do see more of a breakfast place. They had a chicken sandwich special, which turned out to be three bagged chicken tenders with a full slice of onion from center to outside, with French fries. My meal was $28. I’ve been going to the restaurants for over 40 years, and I’ve never paid $28 for a fried chicken sandwich that turned out to be three chicken tenders on a piece of bread. Good service and nice outdoor seating. Food was just okay. I had breakfast and there was so much spinach in my scramble that it was super watery and soggy. My friend had a BLT and fries and she said it was good. The service was very good.

When the “service” ruins the whole meal 😒 I don’t usually post rants, but this place really tested my patience today. How you gonna serve frozen fruit on top of pancakes and French toast, soggy potatoes, and then have the nerve to expect a tip? 😤 The food was straight-up nasty, the service had zero effort, and the attitude was unreal. If you can’t treat customers with respect or cook a decent meal, don’t push that tip screen in my face. Do better.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while visiting Salem. My club sandwich was fantastic but the fries were the real winner. Our server Holly was a doll! Super friendly, great personality and had some great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip!
