Healthy smoothie and food options right off the highway are rare. That’s the great aspect about this location. This is located inside a gas station and isn’t a stand alone store like the other Tropical Smoothie Cafe stores. A table and chairs along with a few seats at the order counter are convenient if you plan to sit. Not great ambiance overall, and could use a new paint job on the wall, but better than I expected from a gas station. I’m just wanting the smoothie to go anyhow. Employers were very nice, just a little on the slow side compared to other locations. But again, I’m just here f

I placed an order to be picked up at 7:40 AM this morning (Friday, 11/7/2025). Upon arriving at Tropical, I found the store closed and no staff present, although other customers were there as well. The gas station attendant mentioned that the staff might be sick. I attempted to call for a refund at 8:00 AM, but there was no answer. I’ve called 8:00am, 8:30am and 1:50ish ppm and no answer

When I received my salad the lettuce was wilted and the plastic bowl was burned and molded to a different shape. The salad was not cold and I could have gotten sick. I asked for no chicken and no bacon which I’m pretty sure I paid for so I didn’t understand why the salad was warm. They also didn’t put my chips in my bag. First and last time ordering from them.

Today, I had an order delivered to me that was supposed to be one food item, and a drink. Of course the drink was $10 and the drink was missing. The delivery driver said that she asked for the drink, and they told her this (the buffalo wrap)was the only thing in my order. Even the order receipt on the bag says item 2 of two. I am from the East Coast, and this made me highly upset. I called the franchise, and they did not answer. I called several times. I’ve never had this happen, and I’m only making this review, because the girl said she asked for the drink, and they told her that I did not ha
