First-Time Visit – Definitely Coming Back! Tried Central Texas Style BBQ for the first time, and I can honestly say it lived up to the hype! The meat was incredibly tender and full of flavor — I had the 3 meat dinner plate with brisket, jalapeno sausage,and ribs. Came here for the vegan bbq and it did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious! We had the vegan bbq sandwiches, one with the “beef” and the other with the Beyond sausage. We also had the vegan potato salad and baked beans and they were also delicious! Service was exceptional and staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Our usual BBQ joint is closed on Mondays. We forgot and had a taste for bbq so we stopped in. Dry. Unseasoned. It looks like they usually drown it in bbq sauce. I got it on the side. It’s basically pure vinegar. The potato casserole was bland. Mac and cheese was fine. This is the old bbq that used to litter the Houston area and gave us a bad name. Don’t recommend.
