I ordered 2 chicken wraps. picked up my order and when I got home there was only one. normally check before leaving, just didn't think about, and besides " it's chick fil a" right. still not all that upset, mistakes happen just a little inconvenienced. so I drove the 5 miles back in the rain. now the drive thru had 6 cars ( before was empty). so I went inside. here is what pissed me off. had to repeat what happened to girl 2 times. she walks over to the manager ( back turned towards me at the make up counter) she explained to her what happened and they both acted like it was a inconvenience.

Staff was weird and off putting. No hospitality. Except the one guy with the glasses in the drive through he was great. I paid for a kids meal. And then turned on the DoorDash app and got a order let them know that. And they all got weird. I said heys and hi etc. I got no acknowledgement or anything in return. That was weird coming from chick fil a. Maybe they don’t like door dash orders idk. But they told me I could get it in the drive way since I was already there then said I couldn’t. No problem. Very disappointed. I ordered two of the 4-piece chicken strip meals, with a cherry berry lemonade & cherry berry coke. They asked if I wanted 1 or 2 chickfila sauces. I said 2, thinking it meant 2 per meal. Here's what I received - both meals were correct, but only 2 sauces in total (to split among 8 strips), 1 straw, no ketchup, and a Diet Coke instead of the regular cherry berry Coke clearly listed on my order. Plus, the kicker, I said thank you when I was handed the bag, and the employee just continued with a conversation with a co-worker. No "my pleasure" or " you're welcome".

Today 4-28-26 , I found a hair inside , stuck in my nuggets. Maneger just issued me a refund, no apologies,no explanation. 🤮
